I've managed to cut 12lbs of body fat, just fromexercise and eating less fatty foods! I've been looking around for an ab toning belt. Which out of the Contour Abs belt and the Flex Belt would you go for? Just wondered, I know you said you had a Flex Belt. Thanks again!
